Our honeys come from our own hives, or are selected in close partnership with passionate beekeepers who share our standards of quality, traceability and respect for the product.
Before being a house, we are consumers ourselves.
Over the course of our travels across the Gulf and Europe, we have, more than once, bought honey presented as authentic that — once analysed — did not always match the quality or origin claimed. That experience shaped our vision profoundly.
It was from this realisation that Meski was born: from the wish to share what we had learned, to introduce authentic flavours, and to offer, through every product, treasures of terroir selected with rigour, sincerity and transparency.

Grown on our family estate near Ksar Meski, or sourced from preserved terroirs cultivated by trusted farming partners, it is made from carefully harvested olives, cold-pressed to preserve their natural aromas, freshness and richness.
Every drop evokes sun-drenched groves, the land, a family’s know-how, and the simplicity of what is authentic.
At Meski, we do not claim absolute perfection, nor do we seek to compare ourselves to other houses. Our commitment is simpler: to keep improving, to select with honesty, and to offer only what we would be proud to serve our own family.
